Arriving at Your Tulum Escape: We want your arrival to be as seamless as possible. You’ll find convenient parking available directly in front of the condo. If you are arriving by taxi or private transfer, you can be dropped off right at the entrance, where our team will be waiting to warmly welcome you and show you around. Your Stay Essentials Check-in: 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Our staff will be available to greet you and hand over the keys in person. After 6:00 PM: Check-in is done at the reception with the security guard. We will send all the instructions to access your accommodation. Housekeeping: Complimentary Housekeeping: Enjoy a free cleaning service every seven days of your stay. This includes tidying up the bathrooms and kitchen, making the beds, and cleaning the floors. Electricity Usage: We are very mindful of our planet, we ask that when you leave the apartment, you please turn-off all the air conditioners, since they consume a lot of electricity, even though they are inverters. HOUSE POLICY: Please note: While we offer the experience of a luxury boutique stay, this is a privately owned residence, not a commercial hotel. Since each owner has placed a lot of effort and money in furnishing the units to this high standard, we are compelled to keep that like that. We ask your help to take care of the property and everything in it, as if it were yours. So, any permanent stains or damage to furniture, pillows, linens, towels or any other item will be charged. We reiterate, please treat the space with care so future guests — and possibly you again — can enjoy it in perfect condition. Liability Disclaimer – Common Areas and Patios The tenant acknowledges that certain parts of the building, including but not limited to entrance halls, staircases, elevators, pools, gyms, gardens, and other shared areas (hereinafter referred to as “Common Areas”), are shared with other residents or guests. In addition to the Common Areas, the property includes a private patio with a plunge pool, which requires careful and responsible use. Some patios may be elevated, and surfaces can become slippery when wet. It is therefore important to follow safety guidelines to avoid accidents. Key safety guidelines include, but are not limited to: - Do not run or jump on wet surfaces. - Do not dive into the plunge pool. - Never leave children unattended. - Respect the general rules applicable to Common Areas. The owner and/or property manager cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, property damage, or loss occurring in these areas, unless in cases of gross negligence or proven misconduct. The tenant agrees to act responsibly and immediately report any situation that presents a potential risk to the owner or property manager (e.g., a broken barrier, a very slippery surface, poor lighting), while acknowledging that certain permanent features of the property—such as the elevated design of the plunge pool—are an integral part of the patio layout and require cautious use. By accepting these terms, the tenant understands that the use of the Common Areas, patio, and plunge pool is at their own risk and agrees to waive any claim or legal action against the owner for any incident occurring in these areas. How to use this clause: ✅ Include it in your rental agreement before the guest’s arrival. ✅ Have it signed electronically or include it in your Airbnb house rules. ✅ Optionally, post a reminder onsite near areas of risk (e.g., pool, stairs, patios). Smoking is prohibited inside the units; the designated area is the private terraces and gardens. Cleaning: Guests are requested to leave the accommodation in a reasonably clean condition. If it is necessary to hire external cleaning companies, the guest must cover the expenses (mattress washing, sofa cleaning, etc.). In the event of more than 3 complaints from other guests or residents, it will be necessary to leave the accommodation. Cover expenses such as washing sofas, mattresses, or other pieces of furniture if necessary, or replacement of the piece in case of major damage. Additional guests not registered in the reservation must pay an additional fee equivalent to 20% of the total reservation cost. Visits are allowed as long as the holder notifies the host of the reservation and is responsible for any damage or breach of the condominium regulations. If the visit stays overnight, it will be counted as an additional guest. Parties are not allowed. Quiet hours 10pm-9am. All units have a safety deposit box; we are not responsible for lost items. October 2025 5.00Everything at Satori was perfect. From the moment we arrived, they helped us with transportation, an amazing chef, and fun activities for our kids. The place is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for families — and I’d love to come back with friends next time too! Frankie, the concierge, was fantastic — super kind, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. The concierge service really makes a big difference compared to other places; it made our stay so easy and special. Arturo, our host, was also very helpful with great tips on what to do and where to eat in Tulum, which made our time there even better. We wish we had more time — can’t wait to come back!

We hired a car rental through Frankie to explore Tulum, everything went smoothly! The villa itself and Satori in general is stunning. The sunsets, surreal. Totally recommendable!

October 2025 5.00A group of us traveled to Tulum and decided to stay at an AirBnb vs. a hotel and our choice couldn't have been better. First of all, the architecture of this place is incredible and fits right in with Tulum's vibe. It's a great option for groups traveling together as the common areas were spacious while the rooms were comfortable. The rooftop pool is a nice to have particularly for having drinks around sunset and lastly, the host was always responsive and super helpful in recommending local spots. Overall, great place!

October 2025 5.00Desde que entras al condominio todo es increible con su buena vegatacion y grandes albercas, todo se ve mejor que las fotos. Siempre habia buscado un equilibrio entre exterior y privacidad y las dos albercas dentro de la villa me dieron eso y mas, cada espacio tiene detalles que hacen muy comfortable el estar en cualquier lugar de la villa y las vistas al atardecer son un plus que no esperabamos. El trato con los encargados es muy facil, todos son muy amables dispuestos a ayudar. El chef es un gran recomendado, sin duda de los mejores desayunos en todo el viaje. Este lugar para mi es un regreso seguro

October 2025 5.00La villa en la que nos quedamos estuvo increíble! El espacio es muy amplio, cuenta con 2 albercas, una en el rooftop y otra en planta baja. La arquitectura del lugar es increíble fusionando el estilo Tulum con un excelente nivel de lujo y confort! Las albercas de áreas comunes son muy grandes y suficientes para nadar! Pasamos una tarde increíble viendo el atardecer desde el rooftop, dentro de la alberca infinita. La atención fue excelente, la limpieza inmejorable y vivimos una increíble experiencia! Sin duda recomiendo ampliamente este alojamiento y todo el condominio en general, es callado, bien ubicado y con mucha privacidad! Pasamos un fin de semana increíble!

Llevo muchos años quedándome en Airbnb’s en Tulum y este ha sido el mejor por mucho. Espérenme de nuevo pronto! La zona muy tranquila y perfecto para relajarse. Totalmente recomendable!
